Database error
Anyone else getting a database error after you log in? So far, it looks like I can still write posts, but I had trouble logging in and after log in my home page looks different to normal with a "database error" message.
Former nickname was "Saitama". Changed it to save confusion on place review posts! Irish, 20+ years in Japan! I also write on my personal website: insaitama.com

My login page was missing one of the buttons, and initially when I tried to log in I got the Sorry, the dog ate my page ... (T_T) The requested address '/users/cclogin' was not found on this server." message. I tried it a second time and was able to log in, though, but maybe there are some site issues again.

@genkidesu Yes, I'm seeing the same thing. The team must be doing a big reset. When I click on a profile, then the profile's blog link, the display is from oldest to newest. In one respect, it's cool to see old blog posts. You can see how we've become better writers. The bummer is scrolling through to see the latest blog posts.

@genkidesu The team got back to me very quickly last night after I messaged them about these issues. They were "upgrading" on the back end and everything should be running smoothly now. However, I noticed under the blog section on the home page its still missing the grid of four blog posts. Other than that, all looks good so far!

Hello everyone. Thank you for sharing your concerns and the issues that you are experience with the with site. The site is currently undergoing updates which appear to be affecting some of the functions. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. @BigfamJapan Thanks for reaching out. The points exchange function is one of those that is experiencing operational issues at the moment. We are currently working to fix it and hope to have it back to normal soon. Once it is back on track, you should be able to submit points exchange requests in the normal way. Extra time will be given to submit requests for the last month in light of the issue. Updates to follow. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. the City-Cost team

UPDATE: The points exchange request function should be operating as normal. In light of these recent issues, the latest round of points exchanges will review and process requests to exchange points submitted up to and including Friday May 30. Requests submitted after May 30 will be handled according to the usual schedule, after the 25th of the following month. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Kind regards, the City-Cost team
