Rainbow Spectrum is located within Echika Ikebukuro. It is one of the nicest shops on the underground shopping alley. It is very useful for picking up a gift last minute, or an umbrella, when transferring train lines! It sells make-up and novelty items. They have quite a few beanie plush and they sell character goods including Snoopy items. In the lead up to Christmas they tend to have a small section of Christmas items ideal as gifts. In addition they sell handkerchiefs and hand towels which are popular as practical presents in Japan.
