Bites of Japan #14 - Soba restaurant

I was excited to find an authentic halal soba restaurant. I've been here multiple times and it has never disappointed me. I've tried everything here - cold soba, hot soba, katsudon, tempura and I can vouch for every single item. My personal favorite has to be the cold soba. There's something super refreshing about the cold Tsuyu and chewy soba. The hot soba is perfect for winters garnished with heartful of scallions. When you're super hungry you can order the set with a katsudon on the side which is extremely warm and comforting.
