Yaguchi Bookstore has a history dating back to 1918, and it's a recognizable spot in the Jimbocho area of Tokyo. Their proximity to Jimbocho Station and their prime corner location make them a popular spot -- every time I've walked past here there are people browsing. The specialty/focus of this store is on film paraphernalia, so if you have any interest in that I think it's worth stopping by.
