Happy Sugar

Happy Sugar is a bakery/patisserie in the Murakami area of Niigata, and their signature product is the snow chiffon cake (300 yen) which is light, fluffy, and delicious. Another thing I liked about this place is that they have lattes available with oat milk, so it's a good option for coffee if you're plant-based. They do have quite limited opening days though -- they're available from Wednesday to Saturday from 10am until 6pm, but closed for the remainder of the week.
