This is one of my favourite ramen shops when I am around Nagoya station. At B1 of Dai-Nagoya building, this shop serves a great tonkotsu soup ramen with extra fine noodles OR chukamen (and I recommend the former). They also have different alterations to the soup so you can have them with black garlic oil or spicy minced meat. My favourite is always the dried sardine + tonkotsu soup mix, which is so good that I would get extra noodles to finish the soup up. You will find a short line most of the time, but the wait shouldn't take long.
