De Bon Cœur is a French patisserie in Shinagawa ward, and along with having a variety of baked goods, they have seasonal parfaits featuring different fruits at different times of year. I will say the parfaits are a massive splurge at almost 3000 yen (eye-watering, really), but that price also includes a drink so maybe that helps justify it! You also have to make a reservation in advance for the parfait sets ahead of time, so keep that in mind. The parfait was good, but I wouldn't pay that price for one again!
