Hikawa Service Center

Surprisingly good soba

The Hikawa Service Center is directly across from Okutama Station, and if you're in the area doing some hiking it's a good place to stop for a bite to eat. The soba noodles are handmade, deliciously chewy, and very satisfying. If you're visiting by car there's no dedicated parking lot, so just keep that in mind.
