Great Mexican joint a short walk from Hiroo Station

La Jolla was recommended to us several years ago by another expat family we knew, and often when we are visiting folks in Tokyo we pop back in here. We don’t have a Mexican food joint near where we live in Niigata so it’s a favorite for us. They’ve got all your standard Mexican fare including burritos, enchiladas, and such. Portions are hearty and the service has always been great. Be careful on weekends as it does fill up fast - it seems to be a popular spot with groups. They do take major credit cards which is convenient if you’re not carrying cash. Not the cheapest spot but food has always been on point.
