Friendly staff and a good atmosphere

Any time I have to go to Tokyo for work or for leisure I like checking out new coffee shops, and Coffee Elementary School was one of my recent picks. It's located close to Kinshicho Station (Sobu Line), and has super friendly staff and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. They've got coffee classics like your standard cafe latte to more adventurous options like a coconut latte or dirty chai, and I like that you can sub oat milk instead of dairy (100 yen extra) -- I'm always pleased when I see cafes offering plant-based options! They have a rotating range of dessert options as well, including cakes, cheesecake, and panna cotta. Only real downside is that it isn't a particularly large premises and it does seem pretty popular, so snagging a seat may be a little difficult depending on the time/day you visit.
