The VERY Best in Japan
I swear by this shop, honestly. This little unknown shoyu tonkotsu ramen shop is special in everyway. First there is their super thick and rich soup that is delicious to every drop. It does not taste junky either because they use a lot of veggies to cook that consistancy. Then there is the nankotsu chasiu that is sooooooooooo soft and juicy. Oh, are they the best. And finally, there is everything else. It is clear to tell that the shop took their time to master every tiny aspect of their menu. After hundreds of bowls of ramen I have eaten in Japan, this is the best I have ever had!

Amazing Tonkotsu Based Ramen
I love all ramen, but there is a special place in my heart for tonkotsu broth ramen. I love it. This place sold tonkotsu ramen and tsukenmen. They had a special tonkotsu taiwan ramen, which is what I chose. It was a really unique delicious flavor! Even though it was spicy, the tonkotsu helped to balance it out. I highly recommend it!
