Better value than others
So many of Tokyo Disneyland's eateries are completely overpriced, but I thought this was isn't too bad. The crepes are pretty decent and recently they cost as much from a food truck at a festival as they do here, so I don't mind paying it. The coffee prices are fair too at 400 yen (cheapest). The queue wasn't as bad here than as at other more trendy restaurants in the park.

Coffee and crepes at Tokyo Disneyland
Cafe Orleans is another one of the themed eateries at Tokyo Disneyland, and this one focuses predominantly on coffee and crepes. They have both sweet (strawberry and pistachio cream) and savory (Cajun shrimp) crepe options to choose from, plus various drinks including coffee, tea, and juices. Crepes are between 600-650 yen depending on the type you get -- not the worst pricing I've seen, but still kinda exxy.
