Home to Shinagawa Aquarium
Shinagawa Kumin Park is the name of the park that houses Shinagawa Aquarium. So if you are visiting the aquarium its nice to explore the park too. Which is quite scenic, especially in spring when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. There are lots of facilities in the park such as pools and even a camping ground.

Quiet park in a busy urban area
I'm always a fan of parks that feel like a peaceful oasis in the hustle and bustle that is Tokyo - and the Shinagawa Kumin Park is one such destination. There are some nice landscaped gardens to enjoy, a range of sporting fields (baseball and tennis), and lots of plum and cherry trees which are the highlight of spring here. It's about 10 minutes on foot from the Oikeibajo-Mae Station on the Tokyo Monorail, making it easy to access as well.
