Great yakitori and motsuni

If you want fine dining for a date night, this isn't the place. Yamachan is a rustic whole in the wall place on the north side of Minami Koshigaya Station. It's got big chochin and wooden sliding doors so you can't miss it. The menu has a wide variety of yakitori which the chefs grill in front of the takeout window. Their motsuni, roasted garlic with miso sauce, tsukune and all kinds of other sides are delicious. It's also a great place to try a few varieties of shochu and nihonshu. Best of all, it's open until the wee hours of the morning.
