For short term visitors to Japan I'm sure HIAT in Haneda Airport Terminal 3 departure area (before security) is a popular spot for a last treat before leaving Japan. It offers many of Japan's traditional aesthetics with flowers outside, a gate entrance, red parasols and benches with red coverings inside, for example. Moreover, 95% of the menu is green tea flavors. It is a really nice place to hang out when waiting for a flight.
