Restaurant at NEWoMan Takanawa Gateway
The Public Place is a restaurant at NEWoMan Takanawa Gateway, and I think it's a nice spot if you're looking for a special occasion meal. The restaurant itself has a very "bringing the outdoors in" vibe to it, with lots of greenery, and since it's on the 28th floor of the building then you get some nice views out over the city. They have various course menus for lunch and dinner, or you can order a la carte if you'd prefer.
