A cool experience for plane lovers in Ojiya

If you have any interest in air shows, you have probably heard of the "Blue Impulse" here in Japan. They're the official aerobatic demonstration team of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF), and they did a flyover/show in Ojiya here in Niigata today!

It's genuinely so cool to see them fly in formation like they do. Even if you're not into all things planes, you can't help but be impressed at the skill level.

It seemed to be a pretty big deal around the town, with lots of bannners flying along the main streets. Some businesses were even giving out cute little "Blue Impulse " origami planes, which felt like an only in Japan touch.
