The description

This product is a Hobonichi Techo planner, which is a day-to-page format planner. I ordered it online from the Hobonichi website and it was 2860 yen.

The good

I know that these days, a lot of people have gravitated towards digital planners and ways of organizing their lives. Personally, though, I find good ol' pen and paper planners a lot easier to gather my thoughts and to-do items! Hobonichi have been my go-to brand for several years now, and I usually opt for a Weeks or Techo planner. The techo is a lot easier if you prefer a day-to-page format, and I like that it's compact enough to cart around with you daily, but there's still a solid amount of writing space and even enough room to decorate with stickers, washi tape, and the like. If you don't need to see your week at a glance and like day-to-page format planners, I really like Hobonichi as a brand.

The not so good

Depending on the pens you use in this planner, there can be some bleed-through. I would recommend testing them on a page that you don't really care about in the front or back before you start writing, if you're concerned. Also, the front covers on these are simple cardboard, so getting a cover for it is recommended. That obviously comes at an extra cost, and they're usually around the same price as buying a planner, sometimes more for the real collector's item covers. Overall though, I am a big Hobonichi fan and will likely continue to use their planners well into the future.
