Burger King is coming back to Niigata

For any expats who appreciate a taste of home here via fast food, there are certain global chains that satiate that craving quite well. Out here in Niigata we have plenty of McDonalds and KFC branches, but Burger King has been noticeably absent for a while. There was a store that closed in 2019-ish, and since then you'd have to go outside of the prefecture to get your fix.

The good news is that a store is meant to be opening in June(ish!) this year, at the AEON Mall Niigata Kameda Interchange. I've already seen lots of chatter online with people quite excited about it, so hopefully the store does well!
