The description

Laundrin' Tokyo produces laundry detergents, fabric softeners, and fabric sprays. Their laundry fabric softeners lineup includes Green Tea scent in a 480 ml refill pack.

The good

A struggle in any season is keeping laundry fresh-smelling, whether you dry indoors or out. For a year, I depended on a fabric softener with a cool scent, but alas, it disappeared from the shelves of my local drugstore. So this week, I took a gamble on a product that is new to me. Laundrin' Tokyo is a brand of detergents, fabric softeners, and aromatherapy items. I opted for the 480 ml refill package of their Green Tea Laundry Softener. The scent is subtle, grassy, and lightly floral. My air-dried linens and clothing feel soft to the touch. Win!

The not so good

I'm pleased with the comforting scent of tea and the soft hand of the fabrics after I wash and air-dry my stuff with this product. When it comes to value, I'm not so sure, however. The "tsumikae" or refill package is appealing as it reduces waste. I refilled a used fabric softener bottle with a cap that indicates the measure for laundry loads. That's a win. I'm still researching about the pros and cons of using softeners. The good - the softeners reduce static cling and reduce wrinkling. The bad - it might build up in your washing machine. I'm going to give it a go for a few loads to see how it performs.
